Here at Platinum Health and Fitness Center, we value all of our members, whether you are professional athletes or novices just starting a fitness program. We view fitness as a way of life…. whether you want to slim down or tone up, have more energy for your family activities, or just look and feel better…. we are here to help each of you succeed. We believe that exercising should be fun, so we provide a clean and friendly environment that makes you feel at home, no matter what your current fitness level might be. With dozens of classes per week plus our nationally acclaimed Silver Sneakers Program, we try to offer something for everyone! The class descriptions that follow are intended to point you in the right direction, but please feel free to try any of the classes we offer.   • BODYPUMP

    The original barbell class - This workout challenges all your major muscle groups while moving to great music with your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

  • Butts & Guts

    30-minute toning class focusing on lower body and abdominals. This class has no aerobic portion.

  • Cardio+Core

    Loved Cardio Interval, but wanted more? Then this class is for you! This full-body cardio workout will keep you coming back for more - 15 minute core session included in the hour.

  • Cardio Express

    A full-body cardio workout jam-packed into a worth-while 30 minutes! Get in and out – AND SWEAT!

  • Cycle

    Cardio workout on a stationary bike set to awesome music that takes you through different heart-rate zones using climbs and sprints making your workout fun and challenging.

  • Hip Hop

    Lose yourself in the music on the dance floor as you move your body to the rhythms of current Hip Hop tracks. Energetic, calorie-burning cardio workout that is easy to follow and fun!

  • Kickboxing

    Develop skill and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Each class finishes with 15 minutes of deep-stretching yoga.

  • Sunrise Yoga

    Great way to start your weekend! Begin slowly to gently warm-up and wake-up the mind and body, building up to sun salutations. Then move at a moderate flowing pace to energize you, finishibng with relaxation. Leave feeling refreshed, energized, and blalanced - Namaste!

  • Piloxing

    This Class Uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat-torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape. Class Format is both fun and Challenging - and appropriate for all fitness levels! Shoes and gloves optional!

  • Yoga

    Yoga poses sequenced at a moderate pace that provides improvements in overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and body awareness. Guided meditation included!

  • Zumba®

    Ditch the workout; join the party! Zumba® features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating! Dance experience not required!

  • Zumba Gold®

    Zumba Gold® takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pace to suit the needs of active older participants, as well as those just starting their Zumba® journey! Same zesty Latin music, easy-to-follow moves and invigorating, party-like atmosphere!

  • Zumba Sentao®

    Combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance-fitness moves, all centered around a chair! Infused with the famous Zumba party atmosphere and energizing world rhythms, this workout tones muscles, strngthens the core, and torches calories. Appropriate for all fitness levels!

  • Barefoot

    A healthy, aligned and balanced body begins in your feet. This class is a fusion of foot fitness, functional high-energy movement, mind-body postures and ends with an uplifting meditation. Literally, step outside your box, and experience the magic. All fitness levels a must!

  • Tabata

    Train like an athelete, improve your aerobic capacity, burn fat, lose weight and have fun in less time! Tabata combines four-minute intense interval workouts that is scientifically designed to give you the fastest results in just 30-minutes! All fitness levels welcome and encouraged!

  • Sculpt

    30 minute total body sculpting class using a variety of equipment to get the results you want! Great compliment to your favorite BODY PUMP class!
