Next, your personal trainer creates a fitness training program tailored to your exact needs, limitations, and goals. We’ll figure out how many workouts, how much weight, how much cardio to put into your week.
Work Out and Adjust as Needed
Finally, we get to the best challenge you’ve ever overcome - doing your training and sticking with it. Your regimen will adapt and scale with your progress, so that you don’t plateau, and your trainer will be cheering you on the whole way! You can do this!
